Each Home Team Sports user, (that would be you), has 1000 points to wager. You review the odds of each golfer on the attached odds spread sheet. Then you choose a maximum of 5 golfers to wager on. You then divide your 1000 points among your picks. (You don’t have to pick 5 different golfers but you may not pick more then 5 golfers).
The points you earn will be based on how many points you bet on a winning golfer according to that golfers odds of winning (odds are shown on the attached spread sheet). Any golfer that places in 10th place or better will win points.
For example: If you choose a golfer for one of your picks, with odds of winning are 30-1, and you bet 200 points on this golfer, and he places in the top ten then you would earn 6000 points for this pick. (200X30=6000) If you bet 400 points on this golfer then you would earn 12,000 points.
Your winner bet is separate from your other bets. You can select a player to win the tournament, and place a bet wagering points on that same player. If you wager points on a player and they win the tournament, you get triple (3x) the normal winning for that bet.
Then each user, (that would be you), get to pick one golfer that you think will win the tournament. This pick will not require any points and will pay 25,000 bonus points. This pick will be highlighted in blue on the leaderboard.
Keep in mind that any of your 5 picks, only has to place in 10th or better to win your points. Any golfer tied for 10th or better pays points.
